Privacy Policy

This personal tool is operated by James Roberts for his own use. It helps complete tasks James requests by connecting to Google services in his own account.
Google data accessed
Based on the permissions granted, the tool may access profile and email address information and content or records in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Contacts, and Google Tasks. It can read and, where the granted permission allows, create, edit, send, share, or delete data in those services. It accesses data when needed to carry out a task James requests.
How data is used and shared
Google data is used to provide the requested personal productivity task. Relevant content may be processed by OpenAI through Codex or ChatGPT to understand and complete that task. Processing by OpenAI is subject to the applicable OpenAI product, account settings, and OpenAI Privacy Policy. Data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. Google Workspace data is not used to create, train, or improve a generalized AI or machine-learning model; use is limited to the user's personalized assistant features as allowed by Google's policy.
The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes adheres to the Google Workspace User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials and tokens are kept in local credential storage on James's computer for the integration to work. Google content may be temporarily processed or retained by the local tools and by the AI service used for a task, under that service's applicable retention and account settings. This website does not collect Google data or provide a separate account database.
Choices and deletion
James can stop future access by removing the app's access in his Google Account security settings and can remove the local OAuth credentials from the computer. Copies or conversation records held by OpenAI are managed through the relevant OpenAI product and its account controls.
